I paid for shipping and customs insurance and they stated I will get reimbursed if I got charged because of the insurance. DHL asked me to pay £3.92 because there's a custom charge on it which I paid. I informed the seller to reimburse me as the insurance states and they refused. very bad. the item itself is nice but I wasn't treated well. I will not buy from them again.
